مطلوب  لكبرى  المجموعات  القابضة  لاحدى  مصانع  التمور  التابع لها  في  السعودية – الرياض التالي  :

مدير  مبيعات  مركزية  .

يشترط  مؤهل  علمي  لايقل  عن  البكالوريوس  في  الادارة  او  التسويق  والمبيعات  او  اي  تخصص  له  علاقة  , 

يفضل  ممكن يحملون  الماجستير  في  ادارة  الاعمال  ,  يشترط  خبرة  لاتقل  عن  10 سنوات في مجال  المبيعات  ويشترط خبرة بمجال التمور    , 

يتحدث  اللغة  الانجلزية  بطلاقة  .

POSITION SUMMARY (General Accountabilities)

The Sales Manager heads the entire Sales & Marketing vertical for MDC through development of new strategic business partnerships and achievement of challenging business targets to become the leading player in KSA market. This role is responsible for obtaining and fostering strong business partnerships with Key Accounts and managing an aggressive sales team across KSA and related markets.

 

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS (Specific Accountabilities)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Planning & Research

  1. Prepare Annual and Periodic Budgets and Business Plans for the whole MDC Sales and Marketing department.
  2. Provide clear and concise goals to motivate the national sales team in achieving business targets and recommend enhancements to product development.
  3. Conduct regular Market Research to analyze and competition metric.
  4. Analyze and understand customers’ business needs and present solutions.
  5. Acquire technical knowledge sufficient to present to large audiences the features and benefits of MDC products.

Revenue Generation and Collection Management

  1. Manage national territory of existing key accounts and prospect database of potential business alliances in Saudi Arabia and GCC in order to achieve:
  • Sales Budget (by salesman, by product, by territory and individual budget).
  • Collection Target and time.
  • Gross margin target.
  • Collection of debts, ensure minimal claims and regain customers.
  1. Close sales deals, ensure timely collection, ensure customer satisfaction and leverage long term solutions-oriented relationships using effective communication skills with organizations large and small.
  2. Maintain and increase the market share (number of clients, number of products sold to each client, volume of sales per product, etc.)

Marketing Management

  1. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all MDC products in creating marketing plans and supporting the selling of these products through business to business marketing channels while opening new vertical markets.
  2. Devise innovative and creative marketing campaigns, promotions and drives for maximizing product reach and supporting sales process.
  3. Create, coordinate and attend trade shows and fairs relevant to product portfolio.

Key Account Management & Customer Service

  1. Manage and strengthen business relationship with MDC existing key accounts and prospects in order to maximize revenue and outreach of MDC products.
  2. Develop and maintain effective customer service and supervise the creation of marketing, sales and business development plans for MDC key accounts.
  3. Act as the coordinator between newly found business opportunities and the CEO while handling field of opportunities to achieve higher sales growth.
  4. Negotiate, interact and liaise with local and overseas suppliers, mediating with the customers in direct and indirect sales.

Documentation and Reporting

  1. Issue sales orders, follow-up order release, product/service delivery and collection.
  2. Prepare Sales Presentations and supervise preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports.
  3. Prepare Collections Report and present relevant documents to finance department.
  4. Maintain and update sales data and existing / prospective customer relation files.
  5. Devise and adhere to agreed MDC Sales & Marketing procedures, collections procedures and finance procedures.

Team Management and Sales Training

  1. Distribute and allocate periodic sales and marketing targets for all relevant Sales staff as per Sales Area and targeted business goals of the year.
  2. Supervise the performance and target achievement for all area sales managers.
  3. Ensure compliance of all department staff with company policies and procedures.
  4. Organize regular Sales and Marketing functional trainings within the department to share best knowledge and improve sales performance of all staff.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION and KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Academic and Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Management / Sales and Marketing or a similar discipline. MBA degree preferred.
  • Professional Certifications and / or Functional Trainings in relevant discipline highly desirable.

Related Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of related Sales experience in the field of Agricultural goods / FMCG, preferably in similar role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing a Sales and Marketing vertical for a similar product portfolio.
  • Essential hands-on computer skills with good knowledge of MS Office and domain specific software / platforms.
  • Fluency in English language is a must. Proficiency in Arabic language would be a useful advantage.
